Our Objective

Padre Trails Camera Club has been active on the Monterey Peninsula since 1948. Club members express their artistic creativity through digital photography and print making. PTCC members benefit through open discussion, image and technique sharing, informational programs, "Group Shoots" and friendly competition. Our meetings are free and open to the public. See our annual Calendar page for meeting details or our current month calendar. Whether you're experienced or just beginning, if your goal is to create more compelling images, Padre Trails can help.

About PTCC

Padre Trails Camera Club was established in 1948 and has been active ever since. Needless to say, the Club has experienced considerable change over the intervening years and continues to evolve. Our meetings are relaxed, open to the public, and generally include an image program, competition returns with recorded or live-judge commentary and discussion, committee reports and a social period with refreshments. Programs consist of a mix of presentations by local professionals and technical experts, discussion of various photographic topics and the presentation of member images.

When and Where We Meet

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm. The Club has used several venues over the years. We currently meet at Hilltop Center in Monterey. Meeting location is subject to change so please refer to our annual Calendar page for meeting specifics.
