Padre Trails Logo

Padre Trails Camera Club has been active on the Monterey Peninsula since 1948. Our meetings are free and open to the public and involve image and technique sharing, informational programs and friendly monthly competition. Beginner or experienced, if your goal is to create more compelling images, Padre Trails can help.

The technology used to create striking photographic images has changed massively since 1948 but the sharing community of photographers has remained constant. PTCC strives to nurture that community through a relaxed meeting atmosphere, print and projected image sharing and discussion, professional critiques and group outings.

End of the Year Award Dinner

The PTCC annual end of year awards dinner is held every year towards the end or beginning of our fiscal year. Over thirty members and guests celebrated Padre Trails’ 2023-24 Club Year and its outstanding shooters with a flourish Saturday evening, October 26th. The meeting featured a pot luck dinner, happy people and a show of incredible images.

Installation of Officers

The End of the Year also means club officers are formally installed. Ken Jones continues as club President. John Drum was installed as Vice-President. Dick Light as Secretary and Judi Clayton as club Treasurer.

Sharon Blaziek - Extra Mile Award

This award was presented to Christene Johnson recognizing her work of creating the Club's new pop-up monthly series, establishing group shoots, all print copies of awards, setting up special events and her contributions to the workings of the club in addition to her outstanding photography.
