Once each year, members are invited on a Club-wide competitive field trip to a unique local venue in which they compete in twelve image categories. This year twenty-eight Club members spent a beautiful late February day photographing our truly unique neighbor, Moss Landing; their targets an eclectic list of subjects both challenging and fun. This year's categories: cemetery, reflection, float your boat, fishing for a living, funky building, wild life, what's for lunch?, architectural detail, treasures from the attic, the color red, local yokel, and photographer's choice. In total, 285 images were submitted for judging!
The images included here present the winning shots by category, and overall, for the event. This year's images were judged by local professional photographic artist, Kirk Kennedy (http://kirkkennedyphotography.com/).
